For the safety and consideration of staff and fellow shoppers, we require the following:

 

  • 260 Sample Sale has a strict and mandatory coat/bag check policy. Please check in all Outerwear (Coats, Jackets, Vests, etc.) and Bags (including, but not limited to: shopping bags, medium/large purses, suitcases, etc.).
    • Anything else that may be past the hips in length (ponchos, etc.), or puffy may also have to be checked in.
    • If you have any personal items (wallet, cell phone, etc.) please carry them with you and feel free to use a shopping tote located near Coat Check.
  • We do not allow food or drink inside the sales floor. Please leave such items at designated food/beverage area.
  • Please park all bicycles, scooters, baby strollers etc. near the door or outside as space on the sales floor is restricted.
  • Please keep small children in your care with you at all times.
  • Please note that all fitting rooms are communal and have a 10 item limit so please be courteous to fellow shoppers.
    • Please note that some sales cannot accommodate a fitting room, or may be crowded.
    • If there are fitting rooms available at busy times, they will be subject to a 10-minute time limit.
  • Please keep photography on sales floor to a minimum, and note that some sales may not allow photography. If you have any questions regarding photography, please refer to 260 staff.
  • Please note that all sales are final. No Returns. Refunds. Exchanges.
    • Due to the fact that the merchandise we are selling is not owned by 260 Sample Sale, we are under strict obligations to adhere to our clients' final sale policy.
    • For the consideration of other shoppers, we do not hold merchandise.
    • Please note that all merchandise is sold as-is.
  • Please note that items brought to the sample sale could be unfinished genuine samples, returns, overstock, etc. If space permits, we may differentiate stock with signage, rack placement, tags, etc. If you have any questions regarding merchandise, please refer to 260 staff.
  • Please note that restrooms are not available. Please refer to 260 staff for available public restrooms in the area.
  • Sales are only done through our brick and mortar locations. No online or over the phone sales will be accommodated.
  • We accept cash, credit, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. No checks, money orders, cryptocurrency, etc. will be accepted.
  • Please be respectful to staff and fellow shoppers.
